Return and Exchange Period
We offer 20 days return policy for eligible items. You have 20 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any item purchased on our website. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Item Condition:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Eligible Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Intimate or sanitary goods if opened.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team at support@luaccs.com within the 20 days period to request a return authorization. Our customer support team will guide you through the returning process.
Prepare Your Package:

Once your return is authorized, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
Shipping:
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Processing
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange based on availability.
